In Galion Ohio on Nazor Road I have three times seen something unexplainable in the sky. Each time at different distances but as close as (my guess is) about a quarter of a mile away and still appearing to be very large. This particular instance (5 years ago) I was with a friend of mine in the back seat of his mother's car.
We saw a huge saucer shape floating in the sky with bright light radiating from what appeared to be several seperate lighting units. It could have been one curvy lighting apparatus going all the way around like this, only parallel.
It hovered in the sky, for what seemed like minutes, although it couldn't have been that long as we were driving by. Then, as we stared gaping at this, it vanished. No light shooting across the sky, no sound--it just disappeared. Something this big doesn't do this unless, well, unless it's not from this world. I've heard other things from people in this area regarding strange sightings. It might be something to look into.
